Booking Your Date
The experience starts when you fill out the pre-consultation form and submit an appointment request below. After you submit your request, we'll verify that the date, time, and service make the most sense for your hair needs, and make it a date!
- Have Thick or Long Hair? Be Sure to Book Plenty of Time!
Navigating to the Salon
On the day of your appointment - You will pull up to the shadow mountain shopping center, located on the SE corner of 61st and Sheridan between (tucked in the corner) The Path to Wellness and Catering by ORR. We've got tons of parking, and you'll know you got the right spot when you see the big "Tulsa Hair Design" sign out front.
Consultation
Once you make your way inside, we will find a spot to sit down for a consultation. Here, we will discuss the details of your first visit and a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.
Make Yourself at Home
We've got Wi-Fi, refreshments (including adult beverages ), delicious snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your treatment processes.
Mixing Color
If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
Finishing Up
We will finish your service by recommending at-home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.

How to Prep Your Hair for Your Appointment
Please arrive for your appointment with your hair down, completely dry in its naturally curly/wavy state with no clips, headbands, or ponytails. Styling products are okay. I ask that you keep it minimal, and please don't use any hard gel or hairspray. If your hair has been straightened or is severely tangled, your appointment will be rescheduled, or an additional charge will be added for the extra service required.

Maintenance Services
After the initial service, your maintenance services will be aligned with our regular prices.
Maintenance appointment pricing applies to clients who receive services every 1-5 months. Clients wishing to go six months or longer will require selecting a new client service at rebooking.
